Soflens are owned by Bausch & Lomb. Soflens were first introduced in 1971 and were the first mass-produced soft contact lenses worldwide. In 1979 Soflens present the astigmatic contact lens series and in 2002 are launched the multifocal contact lenses Soflens Multifocal series. Soflens considered the most popular contact lens.
