The innovative all-in-one care solution Cleadew GP hydra one for rigid contact lenses was developed for disinfecting, cleaning, rinsing and storing. The innovative SMD technology ensures better wettability of the contact lenses and optimizes wearing comfort by enriching the contact lens surface with hyaluronic acid derivatives.
Cleadew GP hydra one offers the ideal combination of disinfection and safety for the eyes. The pack contains the multifunctional solution and 1 contact lens container.
Cleadew GP Hydra One introduces a new technology, Super-Moist Dew Technology, to keep the lens surface moisturized for a long time. The SMD Technology is a newdevelopment that introduces the hyaluronic acid derivative “SMD”, which coats the contact lens surface. SMD improves the retention of lens wettability not achieved with existing moisturizing ingredients of sodium hyaluronate.
Disinfecting efficacy against ISO standard strains
Cleadew GP Hydra One exhibits much higher disinfecting efficacy (up to the detection limit) against ISO standard strains than the minimum criteria.
Disinfecting efficacy against clinical isolated bacteria and its biofilm
Cleadew GP Hydra One also shows disinfecting efficacy against the strong bacteria resistant to disinfectant components (clinical isolates), as well as biofilms. The high disinfecting efficacy is due to the product containing hydrogen peroxide at 40 ppm, which enhances the efficacy of PHMB as the main disinfectant component.
