We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your UNUSED article within thirty (30) days from the delivery date.
Before sending back the item, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied.
The article you wish to return:
- can be sent back to us only after you complete and submit the online return form.
- must be sent back within 10 days from the date we accept the request for return.
- must be unused, clean and not damaged.
- must be returned complete of all of its parts and accessories.
- must be sent in its original packaging.
- the shipment must be notified the same day you will send back the item by confirming the tracking number, if possible.
All returned items are carefully inspected and in case they are not in compliance with their original conditions, the return will not be accepted.
In order to ensure your package, please videotape the process of opening it with your mobile phone. Please provide a clear video showing both the packaging and product.
In any other case we will not accept any blaming of our services and products.
If all the above mentioned conditions are satisfied, we will refund you the cost of the product. On the contrary, the return will not be accepted
Shipping costs are on the customer's charge. If a change of the colour of the frame is needed, the lenses will be adapted to the new frame of the same size.
Lenshop will not accept exchanges before receiving the return.
We will not issue any refund for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above; anyway you will have the option to require the return of your item in the same condition Lenshop has received it, at your charges, within thirty (30) days after our notification of receipt.
Refunds are processed within approximately six (6) business days from the return. Your refund will be credited back to the same credit card or paypal account used to pay for the original purchase. PayPal extra charges will not be refunded. Your account should be credited within one or two billing cycles from the date of return depending on the refund policy of the credit card used.
Can I cancel my order? Withdraw? Return my order?
We are sorry, but once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and cannot be cancelled or a customer to withdraw or even receive an item and then return it.
In case of cancellation, return or withdraw, restocking fees applied.
The restocking fees are 20% on products in stock and 40% for products non in stock.
Special orders are all hand made orders such as Lindberg with engagement and special colors made after request
