If you have any shipping problems, the shipping company has the responsibility to it, not the store.
Our products are guaranteed, as evidenced by their manufacturer suppliers.
Returns are accepted by prior arrangement with the customer with delivery note and only if the product hasn't been opened and remains in perfect condition. Return costs are charged to the customer.
