Dear customer,
Thank you for choosing us for your purchases. For the benefit of our most harmonious and efficient cooperation, which follows directly after the signing of the order, we would like you to accept and agree to the following terms:
All of our e-shop products -when they are readily available- will be shipped the next business day, after the order checkout. When not available, there will be a communication with you.
All bank transaction fees are charged to the client.
The consistency, resulting from the economic conditions of the order, is ensured when you receive your package.
If you have any shipping problems, the shipping company has the responsibility to it, not the store.
Our products are guaranteed, as evidenced by their manufacturer suppliers.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted by prior arrangement with the customer with delivery note and only if the product hasn't been opened and remains in perfect condition. Return costs are charged to the customer.
CANCELLATIONS
To cancel your order as long as it hasn't been executed, you can contact us via email at info@lenshop.gr indicating your order number. Alternatively call 23510-77550 or 2351035333.
RETURN POLICY
To make a return, please note the following:
- If the product is accompanied by a gift, it must be also returned with the product.
- The parcel package must be secure in order to prevent any damage during transport. Our company is not responsible for product loss or destruction during return transfer.
- Return costs are paid by the client (if the cause is not our fault).
- In order to return the product, the package should be closed and not opened.
- In case of order return or cancellation, your refund will be completed within ten days of the goods receipt or the date of the order cancellation, respectively.
*Items that are special order (as astigmatic lens, multifocal lens and special frames) cannot be returned.
